Characterizing the Depolarizing Quantum Channel in Terms of Riemannian Geometry
We explore the conceptual usefulness of Riemannian geometric tools induced by the statistical concept of distinguishability in quantifying the effect of a depolarizing channel on quantum states.

2D Magnetic and Topological Quantum Materials and Devices for Ultralow Power Spintronics
2D magnets and topological quantum materials enable ultralow‐power spintronics by combining robust magnetic order with symmetry‐protected, Berry‐curvature‐driven transport. Fundamentals of 2D anisotropy and spin‐orbit‐coupling induced band inversion are linked to scalable growth and vdW stacking.

Spatially Modulated Morphotropic Phase Boundaries in a Compressively Strained Multiferroic Thin Film
ABSTRACT The coexisting rhombohedral‐like (R′, MA) and tetragonal‐like (T′, MC) monoclinic phases in compressively strained bismuth ferrite thin films exhibit exceptional piezoelectric and magnetic properties. While previous studies have largely focused on probing the morphotropic phase boundaries (MPBs) comprising ordered R′/T′ twins, their self ...

Weighted Composition Operators from H∞ to the Bloch Space on the Polydisc
Let Dn be the unit polydisc of ℂn, ϕ(z)=(ϕ1(z),…,ϕn(z)) be a holomorphic self-map of Dn, and ψ(z) a holomorphic function on Dn. Let H(Dn) denote the space of all holomorphic functions with domain Dn, H∞(Dn) the space of all bounded holomorphic functions ...

This study developed a bioprinted co‐culture system embedding rat pancreatic islets and Scenedesmus sp. microalgae spatially defined in close vicinity. Red light was found optimal to ensure microalgal photosynthesis while maintaining islet viability and functionality. A tailored co‐culture medium supported both cell types.

Second-Order Linear Differential Equations with Solutions in Analytic Function Spaces
This research is concerned with second-order linear differential equation f′′+A(z)f=0, where A(z) is an analytic function in the unit disc. On the one hand, some sufficient conditions for the solutions to be in α-Bloch (little α-Bloch) space are found by

Observation of Bloch oscillations in molecular rotation
The periodically kicked quantum rotor is known for non-classical effects such as quantum localisation in angular momentum space or quantum resonances in rotational excitation.

The basic properties of Bloch functions
A Bloch function f(z) is an analytic function on the unit disc 𝔻 whose derivative grows no faster than a constant times the reciprocal of the distance from z to ∂𝔻. We reprove here the basic analytic facts concerning Bloch functions.

Semi-norms of the Bergman projection
It is known that the Bergman projection operator maps the space of essentially bounded functions in the unit ball in the d-dimensional complex vector space onto the Bloch space of the unit ball. This paper deals with the various semi-norms of the Bergman
