FoxO1 signaling in B cell malignancies and its therapeutic targeting
FoxO1 has context‐specific tumor suppressor or oncogenic character in myeloid and B cell malignancies. This includes tumor‐promoting properties such as stemness maintenance and DNA damage tolerance in acute leukemias, or regulation of cell proliferation and survival, or migration in mature B cell malignancies.

Block Form of Frobenius Groups [PDF]
The aim of this paper is to apply character properties of Frobenius group to a local block form of an group algebra. We start by establishing a block form of Brauer permutation Lemma by using block participation of conjugate classes of a group $G$. Then we can define a pair of Frobenius corresponding blocks between a group $G$ and its normal subgroup ...

Immunoregulatory mechanisms of the arachidonic acid pathway in cancer
The central role of the arachidonic acid (AA) pathway in anticancer immunity. Enzymes and metabolites of the AA pathway can play both immunosuppressive and immunostimulatory roles in the tumor microenvironment. Therefore, their tailored targeting could be beneficial as a standalone therapy or in combination with current cancer immunotherapy.

The NlpC_P60 superfamily of peptidases is recognised by its key role in bacterial cell wall homeostasis. Recently, studies have also described the involvement of NlpC_P60‐like enzymes in bacterial competitive mechanisms and pathogenesis across several lineages.

The lattice of submonoids of the uniform block permutations containing the symmetric group [PDF]
We study the lattice of submonoids of the uniform block permutation monoid containing the symmetric group (which is its group of units). We prove that this lattice is distributive under union and intersection by relating the submonoids containing the symmetric group to downsets in a new partial order on integer partitions. Furthermore, we show that the

The biHecke monoid of a finite Coxeter group
The usual combinatorial model for the 0-Hecke algebra of the symmetric group is to consider the algebra (or monoid) generated by the bubble sort operators. This construction generalizes to any finite Coxeter group W. The authors previously introduced the

An imprimitive permutation group of order 4200 is used for the construction of a 2-(175, 7, 1) design. The design yields also a group divisible design 7?GDDand a generalized Bhaskar Rao designGBRD(25, 100, 28, 7, 7; Z7).

Unraveling the metastasis‐preventing effect of miR‐200c in vitro and in vivo
Advanced tumors and ineffective cancer treatments can lead to metastases in distant organs. The sole expression of microRNA 200c (miR‐200c) in breast cancer cells is shown to significantly reduce metastasis formation in xenograft mouse models. Various in vitro analyses revealed impeded migratory behavior, upon miR‐200c expression, as one prerequisite ...

Multiparticle SUSY quantum mechanics and the representations of permutation group [PDF]
The method of multidimensional SUSY Quantum Mechanics is applied to the investigation of supersymmetrical N-particle systems on a line for the case of separable center-of-mass motion. New decompositions of the superhamiltonian into block-diagonal form with elementary matrix components are constructed.

One of the most central and long-standing open questions in combinatorial design theory concerns the existence of Steiner t-designs for large values of t. Although in his classical 1987 paper, L.
