Optimizing Instant Rice Quality of Milled and Brown Rice Through Cultivar‐Selection
ABSTRACT Background and Objectives Instant rice products are increasingly favored for convenience; however, achieving consistent quality, particularly rehydration performance and texture, remains a challenge. Rice cultivars differ in physicochemical properties that influence processing behavior and final product quality, yet systematic screening ...

Navier-Stokes: Entropy-Bounded Blow-Up Criterion
We reformulate the Navier-Stokes regularity problem in entropy-time. The shellwise high-frequency defect D_K(Σ) is integrated over a bounded domain (Σ ≤ Σ_max) rather than an unbounded time interval. The GL boundedness-below gives energy density bounds. The blow-up question reduces to: can D_K⁺(Σ) have a non-integrable singularity on a bounded interval?

A dual‐phase flash Joule heating strategy converts pre‐pyrolyzed biomass into structurally tunable carbon materials from waste feedstocks. By decoupling current‐driven thermodynamic input and duration‐dependent kinetic relaxation, the process maps the transition from amorphous carbon to few‐layer turbostratic graphene and turbostratic nanographite ...

Earth‐abundant metal‐ and non‐metal‐modified porous carbons offer a highly tunable platform for electrochemical CO2 reduction. This review shows how electronic interactions, active‐site coordination, pore architecture, and cooperative catalytic effects jointly govern intermediate stabilization, product selectivity, and device‐relevant CO2RR performance.

This work explores generative AI for automated revision of Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs). We frame P&ID correction as a translation problem, converting attributed P&ID graphs into sequences and learning revisions with a transformer‐based model.

The local well-posedness, blow-up and global solution of a new integrable system in Besov spaces [PDF]
In this paper, we first establish the local well-posednesss for the Cauchy problem of a $N$-peakon system in the sense of Hadamard in both critical Besov spaces and supercritical Besov spaces. Second, we gain a blow-up criterion.

Laminar Burning Velocity of Ammonia‐Hydrogen Mixtures Predicted by Machine Learning
Ammonia–hydrogen blends aid defossilization, but slow combustion kinetics require complex modeling. Although chemical kinetic modeling is computationally expensive, machine learning surrogates offer fast predictions. This study trained GPR, DT, and ANN models on 1445 experimental points.

On classical solutions of the relativistic Vlasov-Klein-Gordon system
We consider a collisionless ensemble of classical particles coupled with a Klein-Gordon field. For the resulting nonlinear system of partial differential equations, the relativistic Vlasov-Klein-Gordon system, we prove local-in-time existence of

Investigating the Cytoskeleton of DRGs Using Cryo‐Electron Microscopy and Deep Learning
ABSTRACT We describe a method for determining the ultrastructural organization of axons and varicosities of cultured dorsal root ganglion (DRG) neurons using cryogenic electron microscopy (cryo‐EM). Cryo‐EM reveals the dimensions, proximity, and overall organization of biological specimens in a near‐native state, avoiding artifacts of fixation and ...

ABSTRACT Few proteins have inspired as much curiosity as kinesin. Since its discovery 40 years ago, kinesin has become one of the best understood molecular machines in biology, yet it continues to reveal new questions about how cells organize and move their contents.
