Cytokine‐engineered CAR‐T cells represent a promising immunotherapy against malignancies due to direct tumor killing and potent immunity response. However, significant toxicities, including CRS and ICANS, have restricted clinical applications. How to keep the risk‐benefit balance of the advanced therapy is of great importance for maximizing the benefit

An All‐Soft Wearable Electrochemiluminescence Chip for Sweat Metabolite Detection
A wearable electrochemiluminescence chip for sweat metabolite monitoring is pioneered, integrating “all‐soft” components: a flexible closed bipolar electrode (c‐BPE) array based on laser‐induced graphene (LIG), a laser‐cut microfluidic layer for sweat collection, and deep eutectic solvents (DES)‐based conductive ionogels for ECL emission.

A Numerical Investigation of Film Cooling under the Effects of Different Adverse Pressure Gradients
Film cooling needs to be applied to serpentine nozzles due to an increase in thermal load. Adverse pressure gradients (APGs) near the upper wall of such nozzles hinder the forward flow of the coolant, and they may even induce a recirculation zone that ...

Upper-surface blowing nacelle design study for a swept wing airplane at cruise conditions [PDF]
A study was made to design two types of overwing nacelles for an existing wing-body at a design condition of Mach = 0.8 and C sub L = 0.2. Internal and external surface contours were developed for nacelles having either a D-shaped nozzle or a high-aspect-
