Influence of virtual facebow designs on the accuracy of face scan‐based virtual facebow records
Abstract Purpose To evaluate the accuracy of static maxillary‐facial spatial registration obtained using different virtual facebow (VF) fork designs and two facial scanning systems. Accuracy was assessed in terms of trueness and precision of linear deviations at three maxillary point references and angular deviation of the occlusal plane.

ABSTRACT Mental accounting research exhibits how consumers' marketplace behaviors deviate from those predicted by the Standard Economic Theory. For example, research shows how money loses fungibility when people assign mental labels to their currency and make purchases consistent with such labels. Although the applications of mental accounting are well

CCNE1: A Cell Cycle Regulator That Influences Tumor Progression
ABSTRACTCyclin E1 (CCNE1), a pivotal member of the cyclin family, governs the G1/S phase transition of the cell cycle by binding to and activating cyclin‐dependent kinase 2 (CDK2), thereby initiating DNA replication and driving S‐phase entry. In a broad spectrum of human malignancies—including breast, ovarian, gastric, and non‐small cell lung cancers ...

Solvability and Boundedness in Chemotaxis‐Consumption Models With Oppositely Acting Nonlocal Sources
ABSTRACT In this paper, we investigate a chemotaxis system featuring a class of external source terms that incorporate both local and nonlocal growth as well as dampening effects. The model describes the evolution of a cell density u$$ u $$, which migrates in response to a chemical signal v$$ v $$, within an impermeable habitat.

Accurate spontaneous fission half-lives from a microscopic large-scale nuclear structure model
We demonstrate that energy density functional (EDF) models for atomic nuclei can achieve a level of accuracy in describing fission properties comparable to that of more phenomenological approaches, while maintaining predictive power for nuclear ground ...
