Energetic particles make space a harsh environment that solar cells must endure. This study demonstrates that proton flux critically affects radiation damage in Cu(In,Ga)Se2 solar cells. By irradiating identical cells at different fluxes, a flux‐dependent balance between defect generation and dynamic annealing was revealed.

Epitaxy and Phase Stability of 2D Hexagonal Gallium Telluride on Silicon
Two‐stage amorphization as a function of annealing temperature of continuous, strain‐free, high‐crystalline‐quality 2D hexagonal gallium telluride on silicon obtained by van der Waals epitaxy. Controlling crystal quality during epitaxial growth is essential for the advancement of novel materials with industrial relevance.

Substitutional Sulfur and Its Vibrational Fingerprints in Sb2Se3
The microscopic configurations of sulfur incorporated into the Sb2$_2$Se3$_3$ lattice are studied by combining infrared absorption spectroscopy with density functional theory. Substitutional SSe$_{\mathrm{Se}}$ defects are identified as the origin of four distinct sulfur‐related local vibrational modes at 249, 273, 283, and 312 cm−1$^{-1}$.

ABSTRACT Enhancing the performance of phosphor materials for wide‐color‐gamut and high‐brightness phosphor‐converted light‐emitting diodes (pc‐LEDs) represents a critical materials challenge. Improving quantum efficiency (QE) under concentration quenching constraints and maintaining thermal stability remain primary objectives.
