Fast and easy blind deblurring using an inverse filter and PROBE

open access: yes, 2017
PROBE (Progressive Removal of Blur Residual) is a recursive framework for blind deblurring. Using the elementary modified inverse filter at its core, PROBE's experimental performance meets or exceeds the state of the art, both visually and quantitatively.

Gram filtering and sinogram interpolation for pixel-basis in parallel-beam X-ray CT reconstruction

open access: yes, 2020
The key aspect of parallel-beam X-ray CT is forward and back projection, but its computational burden continues to be an obstacle for applications.

Deep Self-Learning Network for Adaptive Pansharpening

open access: yesRemote Sensing, 2019
Deep learning (DL)-based paradigms have recently made many advances in image pansharpening. However, most of the existing methods directly downscale the multispectral (MSI) and panchromatic (PAN) images with default blur kernel to construct the training ...

Dual-Channel Contrast Prior for Blind Image Deblurring

open access: yesIEEE Access, 2020
In this article, a dual-channel contrast prior (Dual-CP) is proposed for blind image deblurring. The prior is motivated by the observation that image contrast will significantly degenerate after the blurring process, which is proved in both ...

Restoration of Partial Blurred Image Based on Blur Detection and Classification

open access: yesJournal of Electrical and Computer Engineering, 2016
A new restoration algorithm for partial blurred image which is based on blur detection and classification is proposed in this paper. Firstly, a new blur detection algorithm is proposed to detect the blurred regions in the partial blurred image.

Multi-Regularization-Constrained Blur Kernel Estimation Method for Blind Motion Deblurring

open access: yesIEEE Access, 2019
Blur kernel (BK) estimation is the crucial technique to guarantee the success of blind image deblurring. In this paper, we propose a multi-regularization-constrained method to estimate an accurate BK from a single motion-blurred image. First, in order to

Rotational motion deblurring of a rigid object from a single image [PDF]

open access: yes, 2007
Most previous motion deblurring methods restore the degraded image assuming a shift-invariant linear blur filter. These methods are not applicable if the blur is caused by spatially variant motions.

Self‐Powered Flexible Triboelectric‐Gated Ion‐Gel Transistor for Neuromorphic Tactile Sensing and Human Activity Recognition

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
A fully flexible ion‐gel‐gated graphene‐channel transistor driven by a triboelectric nanogenerator enables self‐powered tactile sensing and synaptic learning. Mimicking spike‐rate‐dependent plasticity, the device exhibits frequency‐selective potentiation and depression, supporting rate‐coded neuromorphic computation even under flex.

Simultaneous Stereo Video Deblurring and Scene Flow Estimation

open access: yes, 2017
Videos for outdoor scene often show unpleasant blur effects due to the large relative motion between the camera and the dynamic objects and large depth variations. Existing works typically focus monocular video deblurring.
