Height, weight, skeletal diameters, skinfolds and body volume (hydrostatic weighing) were measured on 19 male and 19 female students. The fat weight was calculated from body weight, volume and skeletal measurements. The covariation of fat weight with skinfold measurements was investigated by multiple regression analysis.

Veins play an active role in the control of cardiac output (CO) and blood pressure.
