Body-Type Stereotyping in Therapeutic Judgments
Perceptual and Motor Skills, 199823 professional psychotherapists and 25 graduate student trainees rated line drawings of three clients' body types on 21 clinically relevant personal characteristics. Professionals and students alike rated ectomorphic and endomorphic clients less favorably than mesomorphic clients.

A type of adult polyglucosan body disease
Acta Neuropathologica, 1982Polyglucosan bodies in the nervous system and other viscera are the main findings at autopsy of a 64-year-old woman who had a chronic neurologic disorder of 20 years' duration. The clinical features included muscle weakness, sensory disturbances, neurogenic bladder, dementia, and cataracts.

A New Type of Inclusion Bodies in Lymphocytes
Scandinavian Journal of Haematology, 1968Inclusion bodies could be demonstrated in about 8 per cent of circulating lymphocytes from a female, age 70, suffering from chronic rheumatoid arthritis and leukopenia. By light microscopy the inclusions, which measured about 1 to 4 μ. in diameter, gave a reddish‐purple colour with May‐Grünwald Giemsa stain.

To answer this question, a study was conducted in which 47 female and 39 male subjects, after filling out the Bem Sex Role Inventory, viewed 24 body outlines varying in waist and shoulder width.

Acta Biotheoretica, 1990A functional approach to evolutionary morphology is emphasized in this paper. This perspective differs from the current 'structuralist' trend, which emphasizes the constraining role of developmental paths. In addition, the present approach agrees with the adaptationist paradigm.
