Takens–Bogdanov bifurcation of travelling-wave solutions in pipe flow [PDF]
The appearance of travelling-wave-type solutions in pipe Poiseuille flow that are disconnected from the basic parabolic profile is numerically studied in detail.

Bogdanov-Takens Bifurcation of a Delayed Ratio-Dependent Holling-Tanner Predator Prey System
A delayed predator prey system with refuge and constant rate harvesting is discussed by applying the normal form theory of retarded functional differential equations introduced by Faria and Magalhães.

The Influence of Generalist Predator and Michaelis–Menten Harvesting in a Holling–Tanner Model
In this paper, a Holling–Tanner predator–prey model with generalist predators and Michaelis–Menten-type prey harvesting is investigated. We analyze the existence and stability of equilibria and find the system has at most three positive equilibria.

ANALYSIS OF THE TAKENS–BOGDANOV BIFURCATION ON m-PARAMETERIZED VECTOR FIELDS
Given an m-parameterized family of n-dimensional vector fields, such that: (i) for some value of the parameters, the family has an equilibrium point, (ii) its linearization has a double zero eigenvalue and no other eigenvalue on the imaginary axis ...

Degenerated Bogdanov-Takens bifurcations in an immuno-tumor model
A mathematical immuno-tumor model proposed by A. Kavaliauskas [Nonlinear Anal. Model. Control 8, 55 (2003)] and consisting of a Cauchy problem for a system of two first-order ordinary differential equations is studied.

Dynamics of a state-dependent delay-differential equation
We present a detailed study of a scalar differential equation with threshold state-dependent delayed feedback. This equation arises as a simplification of a gene regulatory model.
