On the interconversion pathway of HBO↔BOH

The Journal of Chemical Physics, 2004
The potential energy surfaces have been constructed for the A′1, A′3, and A″3 states of HBO by using the multireference perturbation theory with the basis set cc-pVTZ (6d,10f ). Two stationary points and a transition state have been characterized on all the three surfaces, which are in good agreement with available experiments and previous calculations.

Diapause in Anthonomus grandis Boh.

Journal of Economic Entomology, 1959
Part of the boll weevil, Anthonomus grandis Boh., population enters diapause during late summer and early fall in Louisiana. Winter is passed in this condition. Diapause in this insect is characterized by cessation of gametogenesis and atrophy of gonads, increase in fat content, decrease in water content, and decrease in respiratory rate.

The True Meaning of BOH

Asian Survey, 1991
Boh is the official Burmese term for an army lieutenant. But in common parlance a bo is any military officer, a commander, a leader. It was in that sense that the word was applied to officers of the fledgling Burma Independence Army when it first made its appearance on Burmese soil in 1942, vibrant with the hopes of a country poised to realize its ...

Acrotomopus Atropunctellus Boh. In Argentina Sugarcane.

Annals of the Entomological Society of America, 1931
While searching for parasites of the sugarcane moth borer, Diatraea saccharalis Fabr., in Ledesma, Province of Jujuy, Argentina, on February 20, 1929, larvae of a Curculionid were discovered within several cane shoots. On returning to Tucuman, four live specimens were turned over to the Tucuman Experiment Station, and two were kept by the writer for ...

Are HBO− and BOH− electronically stable?

Molecular Physics, 2003
The binding of an excess electron to HBO and BOH was studied at the coupled cluster level of theory with single, double and non-iterative triple excitations and with extended basis sets to accommodate the loosely bound excess electron. The bent BOH molecule, with a dipole moment of 2.803 D, binds an electron by 39cm−1, whereas the linear HBO tautomer ...

Boh v Liste Filemonovi

Verba Theologica
One would be hard-pressed to find references to God in Philemon, for God is barely mentioned in Paul’s shortest letter. Apart from two explicit references which use the noun ????, the writing contains only two other allusions to God’s activity. While some authors detect a number of echoes of God’s doing in Philemon, this study, adopting a stricter ...

Bionomics of Bruchidius Incarnatus Boh. in Egypt

1990
Bionomics of B. incarnatus Boh. were studied under natural and controlled conditions. Seven generations per year were bred on broad beans, eight on common peas, and nine on lentils. The sex ratio was nearly 1:0.8 and the number of males exceeded that of the females by about 18%.
