A bulk-isolated curvature-compensated bandgap voltage reference (BGR) compatible with triple-well CMOS technologies is presented in this paper. Verification results of the proposed BGR implemented in a 0.35-mu m 3.3-V triple-well CMOS technology demonstrate that the BGR achieves a reference voltage of 220.4mV with an average temperature coefficient (TC)

Multidimensional Dynamical Systems Accepting the Normal Shift
The dynamical systems of the form $\ddot\bold r=\bold F (\bold r,\dot\bold r)$ in $\Bbb R^n$ accepting the normal shift are considered. The concept of weak normality for them is introduced. The partial differential equations for the force field $\bold F(\
