Ion Superhighways in a Hierarchical Polymer‐Ceramic Membrane Enable Rapid and Selective Lithium Extraction

A flexible PDMS‐LATP polymer‐ceramic membrane creates lithium‐ion “superhighways” for rapid and selective extraction from complex brines. The amorphous PDMS matrix suppresses nonselective leakage and stabilizes the ceramic network, while LATP provides preferential Li+ conduction.

NbOx Mott Memristor‐Based Oscillatory P‐trit for Ternary Potts Machine

A ternary Potts machine utilizing NbOx‐based probabilistic trits (p‐trits) is demonstrated for efficient combinatorial optimization. By leveraging the electro‐thermal switching dynamics of NbOx memristors, this architecture generates three‐state stochastic fluctuations.

Green and scalable synthesis of CsPbBr3 perovskite quantum dots using bio‐sourced lecithin and hexane enables single‐batch production over 10 grams. Suppressed Auger recombination and electron‐phonon coupling yields 95% PLQY, enhanced stability, and low ASE thresholds of 230.4 (ns) and 50.1 (fs) µJ cm−2 in neat films. Scalable MoS2/Si Photodiode Arrays From Roll‐to‐Roll Mechanical Exfoliation

A dry roll‐to‐roll route transforms mechanically exfoliated MoS2 flake networks into silicon‐integrated photodiode arrays. The MoS2/Si junctions generate photovoltaic output without applied bias, allowing illuminated pixels to locate light spots and reconstruct simple images.
