Aneurysmal bone cyst of the ethmoid bone [PDF]

A 90-year-old woman presented with headache and diplopia, and a mass in the nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses was found on CT scan. The patient underwent examination under anaesthesia showing a mass arising from the ethmoid, apparently from the nasal septum. Biopsies taken showed an aneurysmal bone cyst.

Analog Classification of Human Hand Gestures Exploiting Dendritic Integration With an Organic Artificial Soma

An organic neuromorphic architecture for the classification of human motor behavior is presented and validated. It performs somatic integration by linearly combining the activity from three muscles. An investigation of synaptic weights is presented and discussed in relationship with the classification performance.

We reviewed 32 children after the treatment of simple bone cysts by intralesional injections of methyl-prednisolone acetate. The age of the child and the activity and size of the cyst did not significantly affect the radiological outcome.
