Lifespan‐Regulated CAR‐Macrophages from Myeloid Progenitors for Enhanced Colorectal Cancer Therapy

Using a tamoxifen‐inducible Hoxb8 system, proliferative bone marrow progenitors can be generated, which are subsequently engineered with an anti‐CEA CAR construct containing a suicide gene (iCas9) and differentiated into CAR‐macrophages. Targeting Intratumoral Copper Inhibits Tumor Progression via p62‐Mediated EZH2 Degradation and Potentiates Anti‐PD‐1 Immunotherapy in Oral Squamous Cell Carcinoma

Glycolytic Enzyme HK2 Phosphorylates nSMase1 to Promote Astrocytic Exosomes Biogenesis Contributing to Acute Ischemic Stroke Injury

This study reveals that the glycolytic enzyme HK2 mediates hypoxia‐induced astrocytic exosome biogenesis by directly phosphorylating nSMase1. These astrocytic exosomes impair brain endothelial tight junctions. Astrocyte‐specific knockdown of HK2 reduces exosome release and alleviates brain injury after MCAO.

PIEZO1‐GPX4 Axis Mediates Mechanical Stress‐Induced Vertebral Growth Plate Dysplasia via Ferroptosis Activation

Mechanical stress activates PIEZO1 in vertebral growth plate chondrocytes, triggering ferroptosis through direct binding and inhibition of GPX4. This axis promotes lipid peroxidation and pathological ossification, accelerating spinal deformities. Clinical and genetic evidence (Piezo1‐cKO) confirms its role in scoliosis progression.
