High-gain Boost-Boost-Flyback converter for renewable energy sources applications
2015 IEEE 13th Brazilian Power Electronics Conference and 1st Southern Power Electronics Conference (COBEP/SPEC), 2015In this paper, a non-isolated step-up high-gain DC-DC converter for renewable energy sources applications is proposed. The circuit is composed by a conventional Boost stage and a Boost-Flyback stage, thereby it is possible to attain a high-voltage gain without compromising the converter efficiency.

Design of boost-flyback converter with small capacitor for energy-storage
The 2nd International Symposium on Power Electronics for Distributed Generation Systems, 2010This paper presents the idea of utilizing large voltage ripple with small capacitance for energy storage in LED circuit, instead of large capacitance with small voltage ripple. A typical Single-Stage PFC converter with small capacitor is adopted.

Interleaved boost-flyback converter with boundary conduction mode for power factor correction
2011 6th IEEE Conference on Industrial Electronics and Applications, 2011This paper presents a new interleaved pulse-width modulation (PWM) boost-flyback converter to achieve power factor correction (PFC) and regulate DC bus voltage. The adopted boost-flyback converter has a high voltage conversion ratio to overcome the limit of conventional boost or buck-boost converter with narrow turn-off period.

A Single-Stage Single-Switch Soft-Switching (S6) Boost-Flyback PFC Converter
IEEE Transactions on Power Electronics, 2019This paper presents a single-stage single-switch soft-switching (S6) power factor correction (PFC) converter to enhance the current shaping performance and reduce the total harmonic distortion. This improvement is achieved by the aid of an auxiliary winding which is used to lower the input current harmonics and also achieve soft-switching condition. As
