Spletne aplikacije imajo podobno strukturo, kar je njihove razvijalce v preteklosti vodilo v razvoj različnih spletnih ogrodij, s katerimi so želeli doseči hitrejši razvoj aplikacij. V ta namen so nastala številna ogrodja, od katerih sta trenutno najbolj popularna Bootstrap 3 in Laravel 5.

We present a chromosome‐level genome assembly of Siraitia grosvenorii and, through comparative genomics, uncover a conserved UGT73 tandem array driving triterpenoid saponin diversification in Cucurbitaceae. Crystalized SgUGT73AM30 further reveals the regioselectivity mechanism underlying its catalytic activity.

We present a powerful new approach to compute tree-level higher-point holographic correlators. Our method only exploits the flat-space limit, where we point out an important simplification, and factorization of amplitudes in AdS.

V večini sodobnih podjetjih, ki se ukvarjajo z informacijsko tehnologijo, sta zelo pomembni hitrost in učinkovitost razvoja spletne vsebine. Zato veliko podjetij poseže po vnaprej napisanih spletnih ogrodjih, ki omogočajo hitrejši razvoj spletnih strani ali aplikacij. V diplomskem delu bomo primerjali dve najpogosteje uporabljeni ogrodji.

Employing a digital single‐molecule activity tracker (dSMAT), this research demonstrates that high‐photon‐flux irradiation drives progressive oxidative scarring in polymerases. Unlike simple thermal denaturation, real‐time kinetic tracking dynamically visualizes enzymes degrading into multiple impaired subpopulations.
