Irreducible modules for the quantum affine algebra Uq(slˆ2) and its Borel subalgebra
Let Uq(b) denote the standard Borel subalgebra of the quantum affine algebra Uq(slˆ2). We show that the following hold for any choice of scalars ɛ0,ɛ1 from the set {1,−1}: (i)Let V be a finite-dimensional irreducible Uq(b)-module of type (ɛ0,ɛ1).

Averaging multipliers on locally compact quantum groups
Abstract We study an averaging procedure for completely bounded multipliers on a locally compact quantum group with respect to a compact quantum subgroup. As a consequence we show that central approximation properties of discrete quantum groups are equivalent to the corresponding approximation properties of their Drinfeld doubles.

Non-linear maps preserving ideals on a parabolic subalgebra of a simple algebra [PDF]
summary:Let $\Cal P$ be an arbitrary parabolic subalgebra of a simple associative $F$-algebra. The ideals of $\Cal P$ are determined completely; Each ideal of $\Cal P$ is shown to be generated by one element; Every non-linear invertible map on $\Cal P ...

Substitutions on compact alphabets
Abstract We develop a systematic approach to continuous substitutions on compact Hausdorff alphabets. Focussing on implications of irreducibility and primitivity, we highlight important features of the topological dynamics of their (generalised) subshifts.

Symmetries of abelian ideals of Borel subalgebras
Elaborating on a paper by Suter, we provide a detailed description of the automorphism group of the poset of abelian ideals in a Borel subalgebra of a finite dimensional complex simple Lie algebra.

The symplectic density property for Calogero–Moser spaces
Abstract We introduce the symplectic density property and the Hamiltonian density property together with the corresponding versions of Andersén–Lempert theory. We establish these properties for the Calogero–Moser space Cn$\mathcal {C}_n$ of n$n$ particles and describe its group of holomorphic symplectic automorphisms.

Strong Exact Borel Subalgebras of Quasi-hereditary Algebras and Abstract Kazhdan–Lusztig Theory
Strong exact Borel subalgebras and strong Δ-subalgebras are shown to exist for quasi-hereditary algebras which possess exact Borel subalgebras and Δ-subalgebras.
