Conductivity of holographic superconductors in Born–Infeld electrodynamics
In this paper, we have analytically computed the conductivity of holographic superconductors in the framework of Born–Infeld electrodynamics taking into account the backreaction of the matter fields on the bulk spacetime metric.

By using a novel technique that establishes a correspondence between general relativity and metric-affine theories based on the Ricci tensor, we are able to set stringent constraints on the free parameter of Born-Infeld gravity from the ones recently ...

On analytical study of holographic superconductors with Born–Infeld electrodynamics
Based on the Sturm–Liouville eigenvalue problem, Banerjee et al. proposed a perturbative approach to analytically investigate the properties of the (2+1)-dimensional superconductor with Born–Infeld electrodynamics (Banerjee et al., 2013) [29].

Solitons and black holes in non-Abelian Einstein-Born-Infeld theory [PDF]
Recently it was shown that the Born-Infeld-type modification of the quadratic Yang-Mills action gives rise to classical particle-like solutions in the flat space which have a striking similarity with the Bartnik-McKinnon solutions known in the gravity ...

Non-perturbative quantum corrections to a Born–Infeld black hole and its information geometry [PDF]
We study the non-perturbative quantum corrections to a Born–Infeld black hole in a spherical cavity. These quantum corrections produce a non-trivial short distances modification to the relation between the entropy and area of this black hole.

Critical Phenomena of Charged AdS Black Holes in Rastall Gravity
We construct analytical charged anti‐de Sitter (AdS) black holes surrounded by perfect fluids in four dimensional Rastall gravity. Then, we discuss the thermodynamics and phase transitions of charged AdS black holes immersed in regular matter like dust and radiation, or exotic matter like quintessence, ΛCDM type, and phantom fields.

Born–Infeld black holes in 4D Einstein–Gauss–Bonnet gravity
A novel four-dimensional Einstein-Gauss-Bonnet gravity was formulated by Glavan and Lin (Phys. Rev. Lett. 124:081301, 2020), which is intended to bypass the Lovelock’s theorem and to yield a non-trivial contribution to the four-dimensional gravitational ...
