Room-Temperature Postannealing Reduction via Aqueous Sodium Borohydride and Composition Optimization of Fully Solution-Processed Indium Tin Oxide Films

ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces, 2022
Solution-processed transparent conductive oxides offer the advantages of low-cost, high-throughput fabrication of electronic devices compared to the specific requirements of vacuum deposition techniques. However, adapting the current state of the art to ink deposition calls for optimization of the precursor ink composition and the postdeposition ...

Preparation and properties obtained by borohydride reduction process magnetic powders (abstract)

Journal of Applied Physics, 1988
An overview on the variation of the magnetic properties, the grain size, the structure, and the heat of crystallization in the amorphous-crystalline state transition of single-domain metal particles depending on the element metals, boron, and the hydrogen contents is presented.

Mechanism of borohydride reduction process and properties of obtained nanosized ferromagnetic particles

Journal of Magnetism and Magnetic Materials, 1995
Abstract The mechanism of the chemical borohydride reduction process and the hydrodynamic conditions in the solutions predetermine the contents of bounded boron and hydrogen atoms. The influence of the technological conditions and the equipment used on the compositions, on the structures — amorphous or nanocrystalline — and on the magnetic properties

The reduction of aryl trifluoromethyl ketones by sodium borohydride. The hydride transfer process

Canadian Journal of Chemistry, 1980
The rates of reduction of 17 aryl trifluoromethyl ketones by sodium borohydride in 2-propanol have been measured. The rho (ρ) value is +3.12, excluding the 4-amino and 4-dimethylamino groups, which both lower the rate to a greater extent than their σ values predict.
