Electrochemical Oxidation of 2-Nitrobenzaldehyde on Boron-Doped Diamond Anodes

open access: yesInternational Journal of Electrochemical Science, 2013
In This work the electrochemical oxidation of aqueous waste polluted with 2-NBA on boron-doped diamond (BDD) has been investigated. The electrochemical oxidation of 2-NBA was performed using a boron doped diamond BDD electrode.

Crescimento de diamante dopado com Boro para eletrodos de uso em eletroquímica

open access: yesMaterials Research, 1999
Boron-doped polycrystalline diamond films have been deposited over silicon substrate by hot-filament chemical-vapor-deposition process. A gas mixture of 0,5 vol. % methane and 1 vol. % methanol on hydrogen at a pressure of 50 Torr, have been used.

Correlative Electron Paramagnetic Resonance Imaging and Atomic Force Microscopy of Lithium Deposited on Copper

open access: yesChemPhysChem, Volume 26, Issue 6, March 15, 2025.
The correlation of a spectroscopic (EPRI) and microscopic (AFM) technique is demonstrated for a sample of Li deposited on Cu. Areas of different morphology were analysed. The techniques complement each other's length scales as well as the information obtained from the sample.

Improved Schottky junction analysis model

open access: yesFunctional Diamond
The intersection of the Fermi and impurity levels in the Schottky junction of boron-doped p-type diamond, a widely used p-type doping scheme for diamond, has been discovered. This indicates that the relationship between the ionization efficiency of boron

Acoustic and optical phonons in metallic diamond

open access: yesScience and Technology of Advanced Materials, 2006
The dispersion of acoustic and optical phonons in highly boron-doped diamond has been measured by inelastic X-ray scattering at an energy resolution of 6.4 meV. The sample is doped in the metallic regime and shows superconductivity below 4.2 K (midpoint).

Resistivity reduction of boron-doped multi-walled carbon nanotubes synthesized from a methanol solution containing a boric acid

open access: yes, 2008
Boron-doped multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWNTs) were synthesized using a methanol solution of boric acid as a source material. Accurate measurements of the electrical resistivity of an individual boron-doped MWNT was performed with a four-point contact,
