Cross‐linked binders with enhanced resiliencies under low operating pressures are designed via in situ thiol‐ene click reactions within slurries. Cross‐linking improves the Young's moduli and elasticities of the styrene‐butadiene rubber binders, effectively mitigating interparticle delamination within the composite cathodes induced by volumetric ...

Atomic and electronic structure of nitrogen- and boron-doped phosphorene
First principle modeling of nitrogen- and boron-doped phosphorene demonstrates the tendency toward formation of highly ordered structures. Nitrogen doping leads to the formation of -N-P-P-P-N- lines.

Graphene, hexagonal boron nitride, and their heterostructures: properties and applications
In recent years, two-dimensional atomic-level thickness crystal materials have attracted widespread interest such as graphene, hexagonal boron nitride (h-BN), silicene, germanium, black phosphorus (BP), transition metal sulfides and so on. These graphene-

Boron delivery agents for neutron capture therapy of cancer
Boron neutron capture therapy (BNCT) is a binary radiotherapeutic modality based on the nuclear capture and fission reactions that occur when the stable isotope, boron-10, is irradiated with neutrons to produce high energy alpha particles.

Unprecedented Spin‐Lifetime of Itinerant Electrons in Natural Graphite Crystals
Graphite exhibits extraordinary spintronic potential, with electron spin lifetimes reaching 1,000 ns at room temperature ‐ over 100 times longer than graphene‐based devices. Magnetic resonance spectroscopy reveals strong anisotropy: out‐of‐plane spins live 50 times longer than their in‐plane counterparts.

Wybór obiektywnej niepewności jako postawa filozofii egzystencji. Soren Kierkegaard i Odo Marquard (Choosing Objective Uncertainty as an Attitude of Existential Philosophy. Soren Kierkegaard and Odo Marquard) [PDF]
The idea of the article is to search for the roots of the so-called existential thinking, using the peculiar comparison: of the religiously oriented ideas of Kierkegaard ( especially his notions of subjective and objective thinker and the idea of ...
