Combined docking and machine learning identify key molecular determinants of ligand pharmacological activity on β2 adrenoceptor

open access: yesPharmacology Research &Perspectives, Volume 10, Issue 5, October 2022., 2022
Using Machine Learning, we identified key receptor‐ligand interactions responsible for the pharmacological activity from a set of ligand binding poses generated by in silico docking and the reported activity of each ligand. Abstract G protein‐coupled receptors (GPCRs) are valuable therapeutic targets for many diseases.
