2014 IEEE International Black Sea Conference on Communications and Networking (BlackSeaCom), 2014Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) is a key service that enables rapid development of broadband access while retaining customers in a fixed telephony. In this paper, the situation in Bosnia and Herzegovina in terms of IPTV services is presented, including case studies for IPTV providers. Also, a brief overview of the regulatory framework is given.
