Supercritical Fluid Extraction of Botanical Pesticides from Pelargonium graveolens
Supercritical fluid extraction was used for isolation of volatiles from P. graveolens to reach maximal biological aktivity of extracts. The extraction yields increased with increasing density of CO2 and the extract with high concentration of volatiles was achieved at SFE conditions 9 MPa, 50°C.
