MECHANICAL PROPERTIES OF BOTTOM ASH AND UTILIZATION OF STABILIZED BOTTOM ASH
焼却灰は全国各地の焼却処理施設から排出され, 一般廃棄物として埋立処分されている. 国土の狭い我が国が, 焼却灰で埋立てられた跡地や焼却灰を有効利用することは不可欠なことである. そこで, 焼却灰を試料とした圧縮試験, 三軸試験, さらにセメント, 消石灰を用いて安定処理した焼却灰を試料とした突固めによる締固め試験, CBR試験, 一軸圧縮試験, 溶出試験を行った. これらの実験結果と従来からの研究を比較しながら, 焼却灰の土質力学特性, 安定処理した焼却灰の路床材, 路盤材への適用について検討した. その結果, 焼却灰は, 比較的大きな強度であることと, 安定処理した焼却灰は, 力学的には路床材, 路盤材に利用できることが明らかになった.
