Impact of wave–current coupling on the bottom boundary layer in Bohai Bay
Sediment resuspension primarily occurs within the bottom boundary layer (BBL) of water bodies, particularly in silty coastal environments, and helps form the fluid mud layer (FML).

BMI‐1 modulation and trafficking during M phase in diffuse intrinsic pontine glioma
The schematic illustrates BMI‐1 phosphorylation during M phase, which triggers its translocation from the nucleus to the cytoplasm. In cycling cells, BMI‐1 functions within the PRC1 complex to mediate H2A K119 monoubiquitination. Following PTC596‐induced M phase arrest, phosphorylated BMI‐1 dissociates from PRC1 and is exported to the cytoplasm via its

Early Higgs Hints for Non-Minimal Supersymmetry
We discuss the role that Higgs coupling measurements can play in differentiating supersymmetric extensions of the Standard Model. Fitting current LHC data to the Higgs couplings, we find that the likelihood fit shows a preference in the direction of ...

Dilution in a dense bottom jet in cross currents
A 3-dimensional numerical model describing the dilution in the near field around dense vertical jets in a cross flow is formulated and validated against laboratory experiments. The validation shows that the model reproduces the flow pattern well, though the dilution is underestimated by 20%.

Meta‐analysis fails to show any correlation between protein abundance and ubiquitination changes
We analyzed over 50 published proteomics datasets to explore the relationship between protein levels and ubiquitination changes across multiple experimental conditions and biological systems. Although ubiquitination is often associated with protein degradation, our analysis shows that changes in ubiquitination do not globally correlate with changes in ...

Visual Recovery Reflects Cortical MeCP2 Sensitivity in Rett Syndrome
ABSTRACT Objective Rett syndrome (RTT) is a devastating neurodevelopmental disorder with developmental regression affecting motor, sensory, and cognitive functions. Sensory disruptions contribute to the complex behavioral and cognitive difficulties and represent an important target for therapeutic interventions.

ABSTRACT Objective Peripheral neuropathies contribute to patient disability but may be diagnosed late or missed altogether due to late referral, limitation of current diagnostic methods and lack of specialized testing facilities. To address this clinical gap, we developed NeuropathAI, an interpretable deep learning–based multiclass classification ...

Chronological and Spatial Distribution of Skeletal Muscle Fat Replacement in FHL1‐Related Myopathies
ABSTRACT Objectives Variants in the FHL1 gene cause FHL1‐related myopathies (FHL1‐RMs), a group of neuromuscular disorders with diverse clinical presentations. This study aimed to comprehensively characterize the spatial and temporal patterns of skeletal muscle fat replacement throughout the whole body in FHL1‐RMs, to examine disease progression over ...
