Cell surface interactome analysis identifies TSPAN4 as a negative regulator of PD‐L1 in melanoma
Using cell surface proximity biotinylation, we identified tetraspanin TSPAN4 within the PD‐L1 interactome of melanoma cells. TSPAN4 negatively regulates PD‐L1 expression and lateral mobility by limiting its interaction with CMTM6 and promoting PD‐L1 degradation.

Design of sediment oxygen demand (SOD) 'in-situ' measuring chamber and its application in several rivers [PDF]
Sediment oxygen demand is defined as the rate of dissolved oxygen removal from the water column by the decomposition of organic materials in the bottom sediments.

Effects of population density on the sediment mixing induced by the gallery-diffusor Hediste (Nereis) diversicolor O.F. Müller, 1776 [PDF]
The aim of this work was to quantify the intensity of sediment mixing induced by the gallery-diffusor (functional bioturbation group) Hediste diversicolor as a function of density, using particles tracers (luminophores).

Aptamers are used both therapeutically and as targeting agents in cancer treatment. We developed an aptamer‐targeted PLGA–TRAIL nanosystem that exhibited superior therapeutic efficacy in NOD/SCID breast cancer models. This nanosystem represents a novel biotechnological drug candidate for suppressing resistance development in breast cancer.

Microbial Diversity in Sediments from the Bottom of the Challenger Deep, the Mariana Trench
The Challenger Deep is the deepest ocean on Earth. The present study investigated microbial community structures and geochemical cycles associated with the trench bottom sediments of the Challenger Deep, the Mariana Trench.

Tumour–host interactions in Drosophila: mechanisms in the tumour micro‐ and macroenvironment
This review examines how tumour–host crosstalk takes place at multiple levels of biological organisation, from local cell competition and immune crosstalk to organism‐wide metabolic and physiological collapse. Here, we integrate findings from Drosophila melanogaster studies that reveal conserved mechanisms through which tumours hijack host systems to ...

RIPK4 function interferes with melanoma cell adhesion and metastasis
RIPK4 promotes melanoma growth and spread. RIPK4 levels increase as skin lesions progress to melanoma. CRISPR/Cas9‐mediated deletion of RIPK4 causes melanoma cells to form less compact spheroids, reduces their migratory and invasive abilities and limits tumour growth and dissemination in mouse models.

Stratigrafi Sedimen Perairan Selat Rupat Bagian Timur [PDF]
The stratigraphy of bottom sediments was investigated in eastern waters of RupatStrait, Riau Province in June 2013. The analysis of sediment were conducted by twomethods i.e : grain-size analysis and ignition loss methods.
