The Eastern Himalayan Syntaxis (EHS), which is located at the southeastern edge of the Qinghai–Xizang Plateau, is a key region for understanding mountain‐building and subduction processes. Bouguer gravity anomalies derived from the Earth Gravitational Model 2008 free‐air anomaly data following topographic corrections, were analyzed.

Gravity modelling along CROP04 seismic profile [PDF]
The processing and interpretation of seismic lines, together with the analysis of surficial geological data and hydrocarbon wells data, are powerful tools for the investigation of crust structures. Nevertheless, for depths exceeding that portion of crust

Magnetic Reversals During the Deccan Volcanism: Paleomagnetic Insights From the Pachmarhi Dykes
Abstract The three main dyke swarms that are linked to the Deccan Continental Flood Basalts are the Nasik‐Pune, Western Coastal, and Narmada‐Satpura‐Tapi (N‐S‐T) swarms. Encompassing approximately 244 mapped basaltic dykes, mainly trending E‐W and positioned along an ancient tectonic zone, the Pachmarhi dyke swarm is situated in the eastern N‐S‐T ...

Exploring the Interior Structure of (16) Psyche Through Basin‐Scale Collisions
Abstract Asteroid (16) Psyche, the largest member of the M/X‐type asteroids, may be the leftover core of a differentiated planetesimal. As such (16) Psyche will be explored in detail by NASA's discovery‐class Psyche mission in 2029. This will be the first mission to orbit a metal‐rich asteroid, or any asteroid in the 100–500 km size range.

Gravity survey and structure of the Forestier Peninsula, Southern Tasmania [PDF]
A gravity survey coupled with review of regional mapping has shown that the widespread expusure of Jurassic dolerite across the Forestier Peninsula is due largely to repetition of a thick sheet by gently ramped Tertiary fault-blocks.

Seismic profile across the Guyana Basin showing the main tectonostratigraphic units and an order‐of‐magnitude increase in sedimentation rates since the Middle Miocene corresponding with the onset of sedimentation dominated by mass transport deposits. ABSTRACT The Guyana Basin developed in an evolving tectonic setting, but a lack of subsurface data has ...
