Revitalizarea peisagistică a zonelor cu destinaţie specială actuale şi a vechilor structuri de apărare dezafectate [PDF]
Security environment is in a remodeling and changing process and new challenges require solutions that merge the present and future needs. National security demonstrates a largely complexity, because of the current world mutations and requires new ...

Interface structures and twinning mechanisms of $ \{ \bar 1012\} $ twins in hexagonal metals
A controversy concerning the description of $ \{ \bar 1012\} $ $ \langle 10\bar 11\rangle $ twinning, whether it is shear-shuffle or pure glide-shuffle or pure shuffle, has developed.

The ubiquitin ligase RNF115 is required for the clearance of damaged lysosomes
Upon lysosomal rupture, an E3 ubiquitin ligase RNF115 translocates from the cytosol to the damaged lysosomal membrane. Moreover, RNF115 depletion impairs the clearance of damaged lysosomes, identifying it as a key regulator of lysosomal quality control.

Plasma membranes contain dynamic nanoscale domains that organize lipids and receptors. Because viruses operate at similar scales, this architecture shapes early infection steps, including attachment, receptor engagement, and entry. Using influenza A virus and HIV‐1 as examples, we highlight how receptor nanoclusters, multivalent glycan interactions ...

AAA+ protein unfoldases—the Moirai of the proteome
AAA+ unfoldases are essential molecular motors that power protein degradation and disaggregation. This review integrates recent cryo‐electron microscopy (cryo‐EM) structures and single‐molecule biophysical data to reconcile competing models of substrate translocation.

The paper explores theoretical foundations of the frame from two semiotic perspectives: that of the Saussurean dyadic sign dominant in the European tradition and that of the triadic sign of the Peircean/American descent.

On the Local Well-posedness of a 3D Model for Incompressible Navier-Stokes Equations with Partial Viscosity [PDF]
In this short note, we study the local well-posedness of a 3D model for incompressible Navier-Stokes equations with partial viscosity. This model was originally proposed by Hou-Lei in \cite{HouLei09a}.

pH‐mediated activation of the lysosomal arginine sensor SLC38A9
Cells monitor nutrient levels via the lysosomal transporter SLC38A9 to activate the mechanistic target of rapamycin complex 1 (mTORC1). This study reveals that SLC38A9 function is regulated by pH. We identified histidine 544 as a critical pH sensor that undergoes conformational changes to control amino acid efflux from lysosomes; therefore, it ...
