Boundary Liouville Field Theory I. Boundary State and Boundary Two-point Function [PDF]
Liouville conformal field theory is considered with conformal boundary. There is a family of conformal boundary conditions parameterized by the boundary cosmological constant, so that observables depend on the dimensional ratios of boundary and bulk cosmological constants. The disk geometry is considered.

Gravitational dressing of 3D conformal Galileon
Could a conformal Galileon be describing a gauge mode of a broader diffeomorphism invariant theory? We answer this question affirmatively in 3D by using a coset construction for a nonlinearly realized conformal symmetry.

Gluing together modular flows with free fermions
We revisit the calculation of multi-interval modular Hamiltonians for free fermions using a Euclidean path integral approach. We show how the multi-interval modular flow is obtained by gluing together the single interval modular flows.

Entanglement entropy in conformal quantum mechanics
We consider sets of states in conformal quantum mechanics associated to generators of time evolution whose orbits cover different regions of the time domain.

Boundary Liouville conformal field theory in four dimensions
Higher dimensional Euclidean Liouville conformal field theories (LCFTs) consist of a log-correlated real scalar field with a background charge and an exponential potential. We analyse the LCFT on a four-dimensional manifold with a boundary.

Left-Right Entanglement Entropy of Boundary States
We study entanglement entropy of boundary states in a free bosonic conformal field theory. A boundary state can be thought of as composed of a particular combination of left and right-moving modes of the two-dimensional conformal field theory.

Holographic boundary conformal field theory within Horndeski gravity
We investigate entanglement islands and the Page curve in the framework of Horndeski gravity on a Karch-Randall braneworld background. In particular, treating the holographic boundary conformal field theory analytically we find that the Horndeski ...

Defects in the tri-critical Ising model
We consider two different conformal field theories with central charge c = 7/10. One is the diagonal invariant minimal model in which all fields have integer spins; the other is the local fermionic theory with superconformal symmetry in which fields can ...

Correlation functions of BCFT [PDF]
Boundary conformal field theory (BCFT) is the study of conformal field theory (CFT) on manifolds with a boundary. We can use conformal symmetry to constrain correlation functions of conformal invariant fields. We compute two-point and three-point functions of conformal invariant fields which live in semi-infinite space.

Conformal Turbulence with Boundary
Based upon the formalism of conformal field theory with a boundary, we give a description of the boundary effect on fully developed two dimensional turbulence.
