Some estimates for elliptic systems generalizing the Bitsadze system of equations
This article explores an elliptic system of n equations where the main part is the Bitsadze operator (the square of the Cauchy–Riemann operator) and the lower term is the product of a given matrix function by the conjugate of the desired vector function.

Numerical solution of scattering problems using a Riemann--Hilbert formulation [PDF]
A fast and accurate numerical method for the solution of scalar and matrix Wiener--Hopf problems is presented. The Wiener--Hopf problems are formulated as Riemann--Hilbert problems on the real line, and a numerical approach developed for these problems ...

Spectral Zeta Functions for a Cylinder and a Circle
Spectral zeta functions $\zeta(s)$ for the massless scalar fields obeying the Dirichlet and Neumann boundary conditions on a surface of an infinite cylinder are constructed. These functions are defined explicitly in a finite domain of the complex plane s

Challenges during Flash Lamp Annealing of Aerosol‐Deposited Barium Titanate Films
Aerosol deposition is used to rapidly deposit barium titanate films with thicknesses ranging from 2 to 16 μm at room temperature, eliminating the need for further densification. However, to recover the electromechanical properties, annealing is required, which limits the usage of temperature‐sensitive substrates.

Smoothed corners and scattered waves
We introduce an arbitrary order, computationally efficient method to smooth corners on curves in the plane, as well as edges and vertices on surfaces in $\mathbb R^3$.

A Workflow to Accelerate Microstructure‐Sensitive Fatigue Life Predictions
This study introduces a workflow to accelerate predictions of microstructure‐sensitive fatigue life. Results from frameworks with varying levels of simplification are benchmarked against published reference results. The analysis reveals a trade‐off between accuracy and model complexity, offering researchers a practical guide for selecting the optimal ...
