در این تحقیق یک تیره یاخته ای مداوم از سلول اولیه کلیه گوساله برای اولین بار در ایران تولید شد. منشاء این سلول یک گوساله نر 2 روزه طبیعی نژاد هولشتاین بود. سلول اولیه کلیه گوساله بعد از رشد کامل بطور مداوم پاساژ داده شد.
