Multi‐habitat landscapes enhance microbial diversity through cross‐habitat dispersal and adaptive trait convergence. Globally, regions with diverse habitats support a greater diversity of soil microbiomes.

This study demonstrates that patients with PCOS exhibit altered gut microbial profiles, and FMT from PCOS patients induces PCOS‐like symptoms in mice. Specifically, gut dysbiosis reduces 3‐HAA levels in the context of PCOS. Administration of 3‐HAA to mice alleviates PCOS by promoting de novo NAD+ synthesis.

The present study uncovers a novel role of constitutive androstane receptor (CAR) in inflammation‐mediated damage. CAR activation in macrophages inhibits proinflammatory macrophages by interacting with Tlr4, which protects against endotoxemic liver injury.
