Organ Medicine, EarlyView.Serum galactose‐deficient IgA1 levels at 3 and 6 months predicted recurrent IgA nephropathy after kidney transplantation. Recipients without recurrence showed a rapid decline in galactose‐deficient IgA1 after transplantation. Early identification of recurrence risk provided a potential window for targeted post‐transplant intervention.
