Bracon (Lucobracon) iskilipus sp. n. (Hymenoptera: Braconidae: Braconinae) from the Central Black Sea region of Turkey

During the studies on the Turkish Braconidae, a new species Bracon (Lucobracon) iskilipus sp. n. from the Turkish Central Black Sea region was recorded. Bracon (Lucobracon) iskilipus sp. n. was described, its morphological diagnostic characters were illustrated and it was compared with the related Bracon (Lucobracon) moczari Papp.

In July 1913, while collecting the larvæ of the large Pine Weevil (Hylobius abietis), I discovered a number of tiny larvæ feeding on some of them. These I succeeded in rearing, and they proved to be the larvæ of a Bracon which seemed to be B. hylobii.

A new species bracon (orthobracon) malatyensis sp. n. from eastern anatolia (hymenoptera, braconidae, braconinae)

During the study of the Braconidae fauna in the Turkish East Anatolia region a new species of Braconinae, Bracon (Orthobracon) malatyensis sp. n. was recorded. The new species is described, illustrated and diagnosed.
