Overview of braking intention recognition for longitudinal dynamic control of vehicles

open access: yesJournal of Hebei University of Science and Technology, 2019
As a prerequisite for the control of the brake by wire system, the identification of braking intention has a direct impact on the accuracy of the vehicle control system, and it affects the vehicle running safety under specific working conditions, thus ...

A Biomimetic Dual‐Targeting Nano‐APA‐Editor Reprograms the 3'UTR Landscape for Tongue Squamous Cell Carcinoma Therapy

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study unveils a pathogenic axis in oral cancer where NUDT21 suppresses a tumor suppressor network, prominently PTEN, via 3'UTR lengthening. To exploit this transcriptomic vulnerability, we developed a biomimetic Nano‐APA‐editor. By delivering CRISPR/Cas9, we reprogrammed the global 3'UTR landscape, restoring multi‐target tumor suppression and ...

Brake Failure Detection and Emergency Braking System

open access: yesInternational Journal of Innovative Technology and Exploring Engineering, 2019
Now a days accidents might occur because of varied reasons, the foremost reason is equipment failure and is happened due to improper maintenance of the products. To prevent these abnormal situations and to protect one’s life from these accidents, there's a neccessity for watching of braking system in cars.vehicle safety is a special term means ...

Inhibition of KDEL Receptors Remodels the Tumor Microenvironment for T Cell Independent Tumor Regression

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Inhibition of KDELR2 in a small fraction of tumor cells generates sustainable immunogenic cell death conditions within the tumor microenvironment. These conditions promote the regression of tumors in a T cell independent manner. During regression, macrophages prime T cells that subsequently provide systemic protection against recurrence. The potency of

Material‐Encoded Synchronization of Immunogenic Cell Death With Adenosine A2A Receptor Blockade Reprograms the Tumor Microenvironment

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A bismuth–copper diselenide–based nanoplatform (BSCS@PHY) coordinates immunogenic cell death with local A2A receptor blockade in 4T1 tumors. Thermally triggered shell melting exposes catalytic surfaces for glutathione depletion and chemodynamic ROS generation, while co‐delivering an A2AR antagonist and yeast‐wall adjuvant to enhance dendritic‐cell ...

Effect of Anti-lock Braking System Modulation Frequency on Flywheel-Based Energy Harvesting During Panic Braking

open access: yesAutomotive Experiences
A considerable portion of braking energy in electric vehicles is dissipated as heat, especially during severe or panic braking. This study experimentally investigates the effect of anti-lock braking system (ABS) modulation frequency on flywheel-based ...

PRMT5‐Dependent Stabilization of VPS34 Orchestrates Copper Trafficking to Shield Cancer Cells from Cuproptosis and Radiotherapy

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Radioresistance arises partly from tumor cells evading cuproptosis via unknown defenses. This study reveals that the PRMT5‐VPS34 axis acts as a radiation‐activated anticuproptotic mechanism: PRMT5 methylates VPS34 at Arg174, recruiting USP10 to remove K48‐linked ubiquitination and prevent degradation.
