A branch-and-price algorithm for the co-printing problem
The Co-printing Problem is a packing problem, where a set of items with an associated color set must be packed in as few bins as possible such that the capacity of the bin and the limit on the number of colors per bin is not exceeded. It finds its origin in the printing of Tetra-bricks in the beverage industry.

A Guide for Spatial Omics Technologies: Innovation, Evaluation, and Application
This review presents a strategy‐centric framework for spatial omics technologies, organizing methods by how spatial information is experimentally encoded. It compares key performance trade‐offs across sequencing‐ and imaging‐based approaches, examines computational and practical limitations, and highlights biomedical applications. The analysis provides

This study presents a hierarchically channeled graphitized nanoarchitecture (HPGC‐Z67) as a novel nano‐diagnostic platform. It enables sensitive and efficient N‐glycan extraction from plasma, significantly reducing processing time and cost. The platform identifies pivotal N‐glycans to accurately differentiate between infectious and non‐infectious ...

Branch-and-Price algorithms for parallel machine scheduling problems.
In this doctoral dissertation we construct and improve Branch-and- Price algorithms for parallel machine scheduling problems with different objective functions. Parallel machine scheduling problems are an important extension of single machine scheduling problems and are a special case of the flexible flow shop.

An Integrated NLP‐ML Framework for Property Prediction and Design of Steels
This study presents a data‐driven framework that uses language‐processing techniques to interpret steel processing descriptions and machine‐learning models to predict mechanical properties. By organising complex process histories into meaningful groups and enabling rapid property forecasts, the work supports faster, more informed steel design through ...

Autologous tumor‐infiltrating lymphocyte (TIL) therapy shows promising efficacy in acral melanoma, yet determinants of durable response remain unclear. By integrating single‐cell transcriptomics and TCR sequencing, this study reveals that TIL products enriched for T follicular helper and intermediate exhausted T cells establish persistent clonal ...
