Droplet Digital CRISPR for Nucleic Acid Detection
This review outlines recent advances in droplet digital CRISPR technology for nucleic acid detection, combining CRISPR specificity with droplet digital‐based absolute quantification. It summarizes core principles, amplification‐assisted and amplification‐free strategies, and representative DNA and RNA biomarker applications.

Osteoclast‐Derived SLIT3 Mediates Osteoarthritis Pain and Degenerative Changes
In TMJ‐OA, osteoclasts play a significant role in promoting the growth of sensory nerves at the osteochondral interface. In early OA, TRAP+ osteoclast‐derived SLIT3 induces sensory nerve growth into the condylar cartilage. This nerve growth facilitates the development of pain associated with OA.

This study reveals that dietary stachyose enriches Butyricimonas virosa, effectively attenuating metabolic dysfunction‐associated steatotic liver disease (MASLD). Mechanistically, B. virosa enhances gut thiamine monophosphate synthesis, which elevates hepatic thiamine pyrophosphate levels.

Multi‐View Biomedical Foundation Models for Molecule‐Target and Property Prediction
Molecular foundation models can provide accurate predictions for a large set of downstream tasks. We develop MMELON, an approach that integrates pre‐trained graph, image, and text foundation models and validate our multi‐view model on over 120 tasks, including GPCR binding.

Frogs and Branching Random Walks
We study two interacting random walk models. One is the frog model on Z^d with drift. For d>=2 we show the existence of recurrent and transient regimes. For d=1 we discuss the speed of the minimum and maximum. The other model is a system of branching random walks. The particles move in a random environment on Z or on N_0 with drift. We derive a formula
