Process Optimization of Solution Blow Spinning for Poly (N‐Isopropylacrylamide) Fibers
Solution blow spinning has emerged as a safe and scalable technique for fabricating thermoresponsive PNIPAM fibers. The influence of key parameters on jet stability and fiber uniformity is determined through both rheological analysis and statistical process optimization. A Box–Behnken design reveals an optimized window for producing PNIPAM fibers below

The graphical abstract summarizes the development and characterization of sodium alginate biodegradable films crosslinked with barium chloride (BaCl2) at concentrations of 1%, 2%, and 5% (w/v). Sodium alginate was dissolved in water, cast into films, and subsequently immersed in BaCl2 solutions to promote ionic crosslinking.

Abstract New data on the equine aortic valve obtained using advanced techniques is especially important given the greater availability of animal models for translational research. Here we characterized the morphological and morphometric aspects of the equine aortic valve from 60 healthy hearts collected at equine abattoirs.
