Brassavola nodosa thuộc họ Phong lan (Orchidaceae) có hoa rất đa dạng về màu sắc, hình dáng, đặc biệt về hương thơm. Trong nghiên cứu này, chồi non lan Brassavola nodosa có chiều cao từ 7 – 10 cm được khử trùng bề mặt. Sau đó, chồi có kích thước 2 cm không bị nhiễm sẽ tách ra tái sinh và nhân nhanh.

In vitro sowing and seed banks contributes to the conservation of the genetic variability of the orchids. Aimed to evaluate the storage time and agar concentrations on the in vitro germination of Brassavola tuberculata Hook. Seed samples were dried for 14 days and stored for 0, 30, 60 and 90 days under 4±2 oC.
