ABSTRACT Exposure to diversity initiatives can foster positive attitudes among dominant group members in some cases but spark unintended backlash in others. We aim to clarify these mixed effects from the perspective of normative influences on individuals' motivation.

Brauer characters with cyclotomic field of values
In earlier work [Math. Ann. 335, No. 3, 675-686 (2006; Zbl 1106.20006)], the first two authors proved that for any odd prime \(p\), every finite group of even order has a non-trivial rational-valued irreducible \(p\)-Brauer character. For \(p=2\) it is known that this is false for all groups \(L_2(3^{2f+1})\) (\(f=1,2,\dots\)).

ABSTRACT Research has shown that flow experiences among groups, such as sports teams and music groups, can positively affect group processes and outcomes. However, there has been limited research on the effects of team flow in the workplace, and existing studies have mainly employed a 37‐item questionnaire, namely the Team Flow Monitor (TFM), as a ...

δ‐Bismuth Oxide Responsible for Tooth Discolouration—A Laboratory Investigation
ABSTRACT Aims To investigate the phase changes of bismuth oxide in contact with sodium hypochlorite responsible for tooth discolouration. Methodology Bismuth oxide (monoclinic α−phase; C) was mixed with sodium hypochlorite at 20°C, 37°C, and 60°C (B20, B37, B60) for a period of 24 weeks with weekly refreshing of solutions.

ABSTRACT Adolescent affiliation with delinquent peers can lead to offline delinquent behaviors; however, less is known about its effect on online delinquent behaviors, particularly cyberbullying perpetration. Furthermore, it is unclear whether the delinquent peer effect on cyberbullying perpetration can be reversed by reducing affiliation with ...

We present the first documentation of whitings in the Red Sea, observed in a lagoonal environment. These events are linked to cascading offshore dense waters that liberate trapped sea floor nutrients, triggering algal blooms and elevating alkalinity, which is buffered by direct CaCO3 precipitation—contributing to the accumulation of aragonite mud in ...

Analyzing the Free States of one Quantum Resource Theory as Resource States of Another
The article investigates how free states in one quantum resource theory can become highly resourceful in another. It systematically studies multipartite entanglement, fermionic non‐Gaussianity, imaginarity, realness, spin coherence, Clifford non‐stabilizerness, Sn‐equivariance, and non‐uniform entanglement, combining rigorous analytical tools and ...
