Brauer Analysis of Thompson’s Group F and Its Application to the Solutions of Some Yang–Baxter Equations

open access: yesMathematics
The study of algebraic invariants associated with Brauer configuration algebras induced by appropriate multisets is said to be a Brauer analysis of the data that define the multisets.

Branes, Anti-Branes and Brauer Algebras in Gauge-Gravity duality

open access: yes, 2007
We propose gauge theory operators built using a complex Matrix scalar which are dual to brane-anti-brane systems in $AdS_5 \times S^5 $, in the zero coupling limit of the dual Yang-Mills. The branes involved are half-BPS giant gravitons.

Eco‐Epidemiological Mathematical Model Analysis With Time Delays and Hopf Bifurcation

open access: yesNatural Resource Modeling, Volume 39, Issue 2, May 2026.
ABSTRACT Ecological and infection predator prey mathematical model is important tool for understanding complex systems and forecasting outcomes biologically. Incorporating saturation mass action incidence rates representing the rate of susceptible prey infection as a function of time along with time delay terms, makes more realistic and reflective of ...

Distribution of integer points on determinant surfaces and a mod‐p analogue

open access: yesMathematika, Volume 72, Issue 2, April 2026.
Abstract We establish an asymptotic formula for counting integer solutions with smooth weights to an equation of the form xy−zw=r$xy-zw=r$, where r$r$ is a non‐zero integer, with an explicit main term and a strong bound on the error term in terms of the size of the variables x,y,z,w$x, y, z, w$ as well as of r$r$.

Edge states and conformal boundary conditions in super spin chains and super sigma models

open access: yes, 2011
The sigma models on projective superspaces CP^{N+M-1|N} with topological angle theta=pi mod 2pi flow to non-unitary, logarithmic conformal field theories in the low-energy limit.

Special multiserial algebras, Brauer configuration algebras and more : a survey

open access: yes, 2017
We survey results on multiserial algebras, special multiserial algebras and Brauer configuration algebras. A structural property of modules over a special multiserial algebra is presented. Almost gentle algebras are introduced and we describe some results related to this class of algebras. We also report on the structure of radical cubed zero symmetric

Rational points in a family of conics over F2(t)$\mathbb {F}_2(t)$

open access: yesMathematische Nachrichten, Volume 299, Issue 3, Page 496-513, March 2026.
Abstract Serre famously showed that almost all plane conics over Q$\mathbb {Q}$ have no rational point. We investigate versions of this over global function fields, focusing on a specific family of conics over F2(t)$\mathbb {F}_2(t)$ which illustrates new behavior.

Trivial Extensions of Monomial Algebras are Symmetric Fractional Brauer Configuration Algebras

open access: yesAlgebras and Representation Theory
By providing equivalent definitions of fractional Brauer configuration algebras in certain special cases, we associate to each monomial algebra some combinatorial data called a fractional Brauer configuration, from which we construct a corresponding fractional Brauer configuration algebra.

Local–global principles for semi‐integral points on Markoff orbifold pairs

open access: yesJournal of the London Mathematical Society, Volume 112, Issue 6, December 2025.
Abstract We study local–global principles for semi‐integral points on orbifold pairs of Markoff type. In particular, we analyse when these orbifold pairs satisfy weak weak approximation, weak approximation and strong approximation off a finite set of places.
