Gradient damage for dynamic Brazilian test
2009The Brazilian test under impact loading is numerically modelled. In the experiment the process of splitting is observed in the specimenand the material tensile strength is determined. In numerical computations the fracture process can be reproduced using nonlocal modelslike the isotropic gradient damage model.
