This study uncovers the unexplored role of intermolecular interactions in multiphoton absorption in coordination polymers. By analyzing [Zn2tpda(DMA)2(DMF)0.3], it shows how the electronic coupling of the chromophores and confinement in the MOF enhance two‐and three‐photon absorption.

Shape-variable four-petal Gaussian vortex breathers in strongly nonlocal nonlinear media
In this paper, we mainly investigate the propagation properties of shape-variable four-petal Gaussian vortex breathers in strongly nonlocal nonlinear media. The analytical expression of the shape-variable four-petal Gaussian vortex breather is derived in

Quantum breathers in capacitively coupled Josephson junctions: Correlations, number conservation, and entanglement [PDF]
We consider the classical and quantum dynamics of excitations in a system of two capacitively coupled Josephson junctions. In the classical case the equations of motion admit discrete breather solutions, which are time periodic and localized ...

Fano Resonances with Discrete Breathers [PDF]
A theoretical study of linear wave scattering by time-periodic spatially localized excitations (discrete breathers (DB)) is presented. We obtain that the wave propagation is strongly influenced by a local coupling between an open and closed channels generated by the DB.

Bounded States for Breathers–Soliton and Breathers of Sine–Gordon Equation [PDF]
Abstract The Wronskians solutions to the sine-Gordon (sG) equation that can provide interaction of different kinds of solutions are revisited. A novel expression N-soliton solution with a nonzero background is presented which is used to construct the soliton and breather solutions.

Laser‐Induced Graphene from Waste Almond Shells
Almond shells, an abundant agricultural by‐product, are repurposed to create a fully bioderived almond shell/chitosan composite (ASC) degradable in soil. ASC is converted into laser‐induced graphene (LIG) by laser scribing and proposed as a substrate for transient electronics.

Nonlinear excitations in magnetic lattices with long-range interactions
We study—experimentally, theoretically, and numerically—nonlinear excitations in lattices of magnets with long-range interactions. We examine breather solutions, which are spatially localized and periodic in time, in a chain with algebraically-decaying ...

In this paper, the lumps with their interactions (lump-single and lump-double stripes), and breather wave solutions are constructed to the new integrable (2 + 1)-dimensional Boussinesq equation via the Hirota bilinear method.
