A zero‐waste, eco‐friendly, binder‐free, scalable, rapid, and one‐pot laser carbonization approach fabricates a coppercuprous oxide/carbon electrocatalyst derived from HKUST‐1 metal‐organic framework for efficient nitrate reduction to ammonia.
