The fabrication and post‐treatment via solvent annealing of poly(3,4‐ethylenedioxythiophene) polystyrene sulfonate‐based electrodes using spray deposition in a roll‐to‐roll setup are presented. The decrease in sheet resistance and its correlation with nanostructure and molecular structure in the electrodes as a function of the processing parameters is ...

Gas, Stars and Baryons in Low Surface Brightness Galaxies [PDF]
Recent surveys have discovered hundreds of low surface brightness galaxies in the local (z < 0.1) Universe. Plots of the surface brightness distribution (the space density of galaxies plotted against central surface brightness) show a flat distribution from the bright-end cutoff of 21.65 through the current observational limit of 25.0 B mag arcsec^{-2}.

Low‐Activation Compositionally Complex Alloys for Advanced Nuclear Applications—A Review
Low‐activation compositionally complex alloys (LACCAs) are advanced metallic materials primarily composed of low‐activation elements, offering advantages such as rapid compliance with operational standards and safe recyclability. This review highlights their potential for extreme high‐temperature irradiation environments as structural materials for ...

Formation of multi-solitons and vortex bright solitons in Bose-condensed alkali-metal atoms [PDF]
Formation of multi-solitons and vortex bright solitons in Bose-condensed alkali-metal atoms is analyzed by using the nonpolynomial Schordinger equation. A train of bright solitons is obtained from an axially homogeneous Bose-Einstein condensate by a sudden change of the scattering length from repulsive to attractive.

This study investigates the impact of Ce and/or Mg on the electrical conductivity (EC) and mechanical properties of AlSi3 cast alloy. It highlights the synergistic effects of Ce and Mg on eutectic Si modification and Mg solute reduction in the Al matrix, resulting in the optimization of EC, strength, and ductility of the alloy.

The Devil is in the Darkness: Diffusion-Based Nighttime Dehazing Anchored in Brightness Perception [PDF]
While nighttime image dehazing has been extensively studied, converting nighttime hazy images to daytime-equivalent brightness remains largely unaddressed. Existing methods face two critical limitations: (1) datasets overlook the brightness relationship between day and night, resulting in the brightness mapping being inconsistent with the real world ...

Herein the metal‐to‐insulator transition is investigated when depositing vanadium dioxide (VO2) on glass or aluminum‐doped zinc oxide (AZO). O2 flow tuning during the deposition and additional post annealing are effective to control the metal‐to‐insulator transition. However, the VO2/AZO/glass stack reveals an increase in the transition temperature and
