Positive‐Tone Nanolithography of Antimony Trisulfide with Femtosecond Laser Wet‐Etching

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
A butyldithiocarbamic acid (BDCA) etchant is used to fabricate various micro‐ and nanoscale structures on amorphous antimony trisulfide (a‐Sb2S3) thin film via femtosecond laser etching. Numerical analysis and experimental results elucidate the patterning mechanism on gold (reflective) and quartz (transmissive) substrates.

Compact Broadband Dual ZOR Antenna for Multiband Smart Mobile Phone Applications

open access: yesInternational Journal of Antennas and Propagation, 2017
A compact broadband dual zeroth-order resonator (ZOR) antenna is proposed for multiband smart mobile phone applications. The theory of broadband zeroth-order mode and multimode technique is used to design the proposed antenna covering GSM850 (824–894 MHz)

MOFs and COFs in Electronics: Bridging the Gap between Intrinsic Properties and Measured Performance

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Metal‐organic frameworks (MOFs) and covalent organic frameworks (COFs) hold promise for advanced electronics. However, discrepancies in reported electrical conductivities highlight the importance of measurement methodologies. This review explores intrinsic charge transport mechanisms and extrinsic factors influencing performance, and critically ...

Analysis and Design of a Novel Compact Multiband Printed Monopole Antenna

open access: yesInternational Journal of Antennas and Propagation, 2013
A compact multiband printed monopole antenna is presented. The proposed antenna, composed of a modified broadband T-shaped monopole antenna integrating some band-notch structures in the metallic patch, is excited by means of a microstrip line.
