Heights on curves and limits of Hodge structures
Abstract We exhibit a precise connection between Néron–Tate heights on smooth curves and biextension heights of limit mixed Hodge structures associated to smoothing deformations of singular quotient curves. Our approach suggests a new way to compute Beilinson–Bloch heights in higher dimensions.

On subvarieties of singular quotients of bounded domains
Abstract Let X$X$ be a quotient of a bounded domain in Cn$\mathbb {C}^n$. Under suitable assumptions, we prove that every subvariety of X$X$ not included in the branch locus of the quotient map is of log‐general type in some orbifold sense. This generalizes a recent result by Boucksom and Diverio, which treated the case of compact, étale quotients ...

Differential forms on log canonical spaces in positive characteristic
Abstract Given a logarithmic 1‐form on the snc locus of a log canonical surface pair (X,D) over a perfect field of characteristic p≥7, we show that it extends with at worst logarithmic poles to any resolution of singularities. We also prove the analogous statement for regular differential forms, under an additional tameness hypothesis.

Heegner points in Coleman families
Abstract We construct two‐parameter analytic families of Galois cohomology classes interpolating the étale Abel–Jacobi images of generalised Heegner cycles, with both the modular form and Grössencharacter varying in p‐adic families.

Categorical foundations and set-theoretical foundations are sometimes presented as alternative foundational schemes. So far, the literature has mostly focused on the weaknesses of the categorical foundations.

From Normal Functors to Logarithmic Space Queries
We introduce a new approach to implicit complexity in linear logic, inspired by functional database query languages and using recent developments in effective denotational semantics of polymorphism.

Rotational superradiance in a time-reversal symmetry-broken quantum gas inside an optical cavity [PDF]
The appearance of quantized vortices in a superfluid and a Bose-Einstein condensate (BEC) stems from their nontrivial response to time-reversal symmetry (TRS).

Horizon Areas and Logarithmic Correction to the Charged Accelerating Black Hole Entropy [PDF]
It has been shown by explicit and exact calculation that the geometric product formula i.e., area (or entropy) product formula of outer horizon ( H + ) and inner horizon ( H - ) for charged accelerating black hole (BH) should neither be mass-independent ...

Tropical Lagrangian hypersurfaces are unobstructed
Abstract We produce for each tropical hypersurface V(ϕ)⊂Q=Rn a Lagrangian L(ϕ)⊂(C∗)n whose moment map projection is a tropical amoeba of V(ϕ). When these Lagrangians are admissible in the Fukaya–Seidel category, we show that they are unobstructed objects of the Fukaya category, and mirror to sheaves supported on complex hypersurfaces in a toric mirror.

Constructible Sheaves and the Fukaya Category [PDF]
Let $X$ be a compact real analytic manifold, and let $T^*X$ be its cotangent bundle. Let $Sh(X)$ be the triangulated dg category of bounded, constructible complexes of sheaves on $X$.
