Hypersensitivity Pneumonitis and Bronchial Asthma Attacks Caused by Environmental Fungi

We report a case of hypersensitivity pneumonitis and asthma attacks caused by environmental fungi in a 75-year-old man. The diagnosis was established by inhalation challenge with Bjerkandera adusta and Aspergillus fumigatus.
